The Vale Associated Training Band was delighted to kick off the new year with our first rehearsal, and what a great start it was. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces back in the bandroom, instruments in hand, ready to learn, improve, and make music together once again.
The rehearsal was full of energy and enthusiasm, with our players settling back into rehearsing quickly and producing a really encouraging sound for this early in the year. Working on the basics, everyone showed brilliant focus, effort, and a real willingness to support one another.
These sessions are all about building confidence, developing musical skills, and enjoying the journey together, and this first rehearsal showed just how much potential there is for the year ahead. We’re incredibly proud of the progress already on display and can’t wait to see how the band continues to grow over the coming weeks and months.
